What are you referring to? The only obvious holes I can see are:
- Lack of (drug) booster skills, no maxed biology and no neurotoxin recovery/nanite control at all.
- No thermodynamics trained at all, nor nanite operation/nanite interfacing.

Doesn't have Cloning facility operation either which you might as well get but it's not critical unless CCP changes how useful they are. Energy grid upgrades not maxed is weird too but not that relevant for fitting a titan.

Other than that it looks like a nice char and I can't find any other missing things, these are all fairly easy to fix but it's not quite ready out of the box.
