As current extracting value is 50b and you have to pay 2.3b to transfer the character you'd be making a loss - I'd advise extracting non-relevant SP such as Battleships 5 and reprocessing skills, injecting it towards Gallente Carrier 5 and selling the injectors. A perfect Nyx pilot is much more desirable than a perfect Aeon pilot right now so you'd fetch a much higher price than 50b in total, but it requires some work. I think you could get atleast 60 for the character right now and maybe 70b+ if you take the time to focus the character and sell the leftover SP.
