Hopefully you will have heard of Black Omega Security - recruitment is open again! We are always on the look out for new cap pilots. We're currently recruiting PvP orientated pilots in the UStz we have a number of US and AUtz players who will be active in your area and the alliance itself will provide you with another few hundred pilots to work with.
