Warp Disruption Bomb

Hello, I think it would be fun and good for the game to have a Warp Disruption Bomb, any ship struck by the bomb would be unable to warp for 20 seconds for example.

You're looking for the Warp Disruption Burst Projector. It can only be fitted to Supercarriers and carries a fairly significant penalty for use.

Putting something like that on a Bomber would be ridiculously OP.
