If I wanted to violate rules of sale likely didn't create subjects at an official forum. The character I sell the first time. And it was only the question. Besides I didn't permit to place my correspondence with you!!!. If I that has broken that address in a support.

I buy a lot of characters to retrain, repurpose or use them, and when I place a bid I will buy it for that price when an agreement is reached.

Because you offered to transfer your account ( violation of the rules), I refuse to do business with you - the evemail is copied for the reason that I am offering a reason and proof of why I retracted my offer after a price was agreed on, so future character seller / buyers know that I will honor an agreement reached here.

tl'dr: don't try to sell your account - I don't deal with people who don't follow the eve rules.

PS: if you dont like me posting what you said, report me - the gms will love to read the mails you send
