Hoping someone will know or have a link or even a dev could answer

I am wondering if there is a list of what systems in eve that players cant anchor custom offices.

Reason for me asking is i have come across a few systems ( not trade hubs ) that have no pocos.

Have watched the systems for a few days and still none.

Hence why i wondering if there is a list

Maybe someone destroyed them and didn't bother to put up their own. Try to put one up, see if it works.

Yeah i mite try to anchor 1 and if that works will do sytem by system lol

From memory i think was total of maybe 12 or 13 planets

I remember going through a 'notorious' system that had no POS structures. There were easily a dozen moons to anchor them yet not a single starbase. Then I saw who inhabited the system, and realized that denial was a valid form of gameplay in eve.

Likely there is a reason there are no pocos where you looked.

Remember that some systems aren't very good for POCO's. Are there belts nearby? Does another Corp eat them all in the regular? What's your access to a trade hub, missions, , lowsec and null like? Are you near FW space? Are you using it as a market? Is your location a good location for the stuff you sell?

Finding a good system is obviously a good idea, I just wonder if that's why nobody has invest 1.2 bil into anchoring something there.

Well 2 are kinda close to a hub.The other within 8J of a hub. Not been any poco kills for quite some time.
There are belts and npc stations etc there.
Is in hisec so no they not shattered planets ( didnt know they were in hi sec ? )
Will try to anchor 1 in each of the systems. If they stay there for a while without any probs then guess i up for buying alot of gantry's lol.
FW doesnt seem close that i can see off. 2 of the 3 systems i have found have very very few kills in them over the last 3 months the other has like 50 kills for 2 months but most of them ganks

On a side note is there a market for empty planets ( no POCO's ) ?.

Shattered planets are not in highsec. The are limited to a small group (75) of special wormholes, Thera being the most well known.

Otherwise, POCOs can be anchored in all high, low, null and wormhole systems.

Oh cool never knew they in hi as well But the planets i have found arent shattered. Normal lava - barren - temperate and gas with most being temperate and gas tho.

oh sorry OP, I dont think there are any in high though, was mainly talking to scipio about there being some not in wh space. The one I linked is LS, dont know of any HS ones.
