Thukker Component Assembly Array vs ECs in LS

Is the Thukker CAA still the most efficient way to build components or do the manufacturing bonuses to ECs now outweigh them?

I've tried doing the math myself but I've been unable to find a verbose description of how the EC manufacturing bonuses are calculated.
