As per title.

I'm not looking to pilot subcaps with it ever, only carriers and maybe eventually supercarriers, so the extraction of useless (not used for carrier piloting) skills prior to sale would be fine in order to reduce sale price.

Positive sec standing / wallet.

JDC5 and good (relative) drone/fighter skills are a must-have.

Looking to pay between 20-25b isk.
