PROBLEM SKILL INJECTOR NOT RECIVED

After a buddy invite to my friend he did not recived a 250.000 SP injector.

- meil check ( Your friend accepted the invitation and created an Alpha account on 24 Feb 2017. )

- reedem items check

- assets check

There is no 250.000 SP . What is the problem. Does any one can help me here ?
Do i need to finish a tutorial to recive 250.000 SP Injector from buddy list ?

I believe they get 250k unallocated skill points, not an item. So they can use skill points, but it's not an item they can sell.

The place to check is the skills tab on your character sheet. It should show unallocated skill points which can be applied to skills in the queue. I recommend your friend complete the tutorial and career missions before using these points.
