Just an inquiry but;
How can the rorqual be classified as max yield if the yield with ice harvesting drones/excavators with the skills on that eveboard are zero?

Because these rorq pilots are capable of max yield for mining ore. Not a lie. Its true. You drop excavator drones for ore and you hit max yield.

I see how that can be confusing though, as I do not ice mine.
