This Char has very solid basic skills to Run FWplexes in Faction war, while either training Caps or Pulling SP.
I would recommend if you pull, Keep everything but JDO and JDC, run FWplexes in a faction as a (mostly) afk alt. Smalls Atron Trip mag stab / rest Catalyst 3 trip mag stab Max T1 cheap. Medium Offensive FWplex. Faction with the Highest tier, Always loot rat tags.
