You heard me correct. Is the PH level in Perimeter too high? Is it to acidic and needs to be returned to a basic state? I mean too high a PH level is bad for a system and should be corrected.

High pH is alkaline, if you are meaning to draw a double meaning out of the usage of 'acidic'.

If you are just meaning that the infestation of Horde in Perimeter is bad/biting/toxic, then sure, it can be acidic, just not acidic.
