So the bigger corps or high profitable news agencies would bid them out for prime time.
Smaler corps my get airtime right before and after down time.


On player owed structures the airtime get handed out by the owner.

It would help enormous on sinking isk.

Also there should be a hierarchy.
Bid on for station time tops system tops constellation.....

So if ju bid on jita 4-4 time it plays you're presentation regardless what the guy for system wide is playing.
The guy on syste whide may reaching out for all the stations noone had a bid in the system
