How does me buying this character and stripping it to be a perfect apostle toon mean that the sale is fake?
The prices offered reflect the fact that this is a perfect Amarr Fax pilot - there are not many (if any) of those available in the bazaar.

Please dont be butt-hurt that I outbid you when this character was originally for sale because I realised that it had the skills to be resold as a perfect Apostle pilot to make a profit.
