I'll bid 8.5b if your other guy drops out, still needs over 1b in books to get into a Rorqual.

6.2m SP that needs remapping to use a Rorqual acceptably and will cost 13 extractors which will cost 3.2b (248m Isk per extractor X 13).

Basically makes purchasing this character an extra 4.3b+ in cost for buyer.
