I have recently came back and am trying to figure out what provides more LP for time spent. I have been blitzing both but it seems like I can do 3's incredibly faster for obvious reasons. Though I am not sure I can get the same ISK. I also haven't gotten into the anomic missions but I have all tech 2/3 ships up to battle cruisers for half the races.

I believe you should be able to do about double or more the isk/h blitzing lv4s + burners than you would get with Lv3s but the requirements are a lot steeper for burners.

If we're talking straight blitzing I believe you can come close to the same LP with L3s as L4s. The big difference is with L4 Burner missions as you can potentially double or even triple the amount of LP you would normally get just straight blitzing.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
