1. nerf logistics across the board.
2. Buff local tanks by 2-3x
3. Bust up fleet compositions (make it silly to bring "Doctrines" where a fleet composes mainly of 1 ship type.
4. do something with damage saturation or targeting saturation to break up the entire primary target blaping.
(it's dull and limits individual skill on the outcome of battles)
5. split interceptors per race. 1 is a heavy interceptor with weapons but no nullification. the other is light ceptor nullification and tackle mods only. no damage output.
6. make moon resources swap around once a month so static moon holding empires are a thing of the past. lower the overall value of moons and buff pi/mining so tax can be increased in alliances to make up for it
7. lower isk output from incursions.
8 . cap number of citadels per system. (give us a reason to fight over them)
9. increase price of fortizars to 25bill build cost and let super carriers dock at them.
10. increase price of astrahuas to 5 bill. Let carriers and dreads dock.
11. link wars to citadels as a command centers for the war. requiring defending.
12. move pl to jove space and build a wall.

1. Yes. this is a spaceship game. I am sick of space wizards healing me with magic armor making beams of light.
3. yes. in like no sci-fi ever has 100 ships that look exactly the same with the same load out turned up.
