This is for the record of a private loan arranged with ever so kind Elizabeth Norn, for the amount of 30billion ISK, with collection of BPOs accepted by Norn to be sufficient for the loan amount.

As well as posting this as a record, I wanted to note that this was a very nice & creative idea by Elizabeth. Although the BPOs I have used as collaterals were researched to quite high level, it wasn't 'perfect' yet. So Norn has proposed that while she's holding my BPOs as collateral, she will also carry out the final step of the research for them, to make them max researched.

At the end of the loan, I shall pay back the full 30b ISK + interests, and will get back my BPOs as researched, i.e, more value increased than before, and Elizabeth can also earn the interest, which hopefully covers some of her troubles while also adding to financial deal.

I did not want 2 bonds/loans running simultaneously, as not to increase any risk for the investors, so you'd also find that my 120b bond that ran for 4 months have now been fully paid back with interests and officially finished.

For the record, confirming here that I have now re-paid back the loan in full amount plus 3% interest, and got my collateral back as agreed.

Also for the record, this means that with my 120b bond completed in February and this 30b loan finished now, I now have no outstanding loans/open bonds/debt & etc. I have some other projects in planning stage and I wanted to clear all loans/debts/investments before I move on to another project.
