Ongrid warp reactivation delay

If the min warp to range is not going to be increased from 150km I propose that if you warp to a ship that is either within 300Km or on Grid with you (Which ever is easier to code) then there should be a time delay to when you can reactivate your warp drive. This will bring sniping back into the game a little more as sniper fleets will not continualy be warped on top of.

The delay should be variable across the different ship classes so some are not effected by this like interceptors/Dictors and a sliding time scale as the ship gets bigger.

Result you can still warp on top of a sniping fleet BUT you better make sure you catch them or they warp off to their next spot and your fleet is stuck with no warp for some amount of time probably in the region of 20 seconds.

This would also be the end or rolling (ongrid) safes,

I cant think of half a decent RP reasoning for such a limitation.
Ship can warp off grid but not on grid? wtf

Its not exactly THAT stupid as like as you cant tractor wrecks which are not belonging to you but still...

Agreed. This makes no sense.

And just to clear it up... snipers being warped on top of already have a limiting factor in terms of how fast they can get a prober/tackler to them, and thats a far from instantaneous process.

or have better indictor pilots who keep the enemy fleet bubbled and so unable to warp on top of your sniper fleet.

no it take a full 5 or 6 seconds to get a warp in with combat probes
