I used the link account feature to purchase Game Time/Plex on www.amazon.com . I have done this before and its usually pretty instant (~less than a hour). I waited for a hour. Checked amazon's policy says to wait 2 hours + for digital purchases.

I got a couple different responses from www.amazon.com customer support rep's in their chat feature. 1 telling me there's no refund for the purchase. Another rep telling me that they could refund the purchase if CCP doesn't help out. All the while still waiting for CCP to respond to my ticket.

You can check your receipt with Amazon showing proof of purchase. If it isn't resolved before your account expires just submit a support ticket along with the purchase receipt from Amazon under Your Account > Your Orders > Digital Orders and you'll have the invoice number along order details for CCP.

Neocom - Invetory - Redeem Items. That's where purchased Plex is found, I think.
At least that's where I my Plex was...
