Skill points haven't updated on eve board, does she have social skills trained to 5?

ahh **** eve board **** site took 5 days to update my skills and i have no idea why its not showing std to federation navy. they are currently at 6.91 looks like i took a std hit a week or so ago but one miss and you at level 5's again.
