Not a titan, but a dreadnought capital ship.

Because of the rules for such things.

In EVE, typically you CAN do almost anything, it's a "sandbox" after all, but as long as you accept the consequences.

Which, in the case of mining with a titan, would be the loss of billions of ISK when the titan gets killed, blacklisting from all alliances for being an idiot and losing their titan like that, and fame (imagine being greeted at every fanfest and everywhere you go with "so you're the guy who lost that titan mining, eh?").

Solution: make sure this titan mining toon is anonymous and can't be traced back to you.

Or the alliances don't need you anyway because they're boring.
