I want to sell a C6 Wormhole system with no effects and a C5 static exit, .

System:
It's an unoccupied system (Locus J101748) with an inactive Caldari POS in it.
It's small (30 AU radius, thus easier to keep control of), has 8 planets of which 1 lava, 1 storm, 3 barren and 3 gas, and a bonus of 8 sleeper sites active at the moment.
My alt has been on the spot for 4 weeks now to be sure there's nobody there before putting up an advert. Previous POS owners have been podded out of system 2 months ago according to my killboard checks.

Price:
I'll auction the system with a starting price of 350 millions, minimum raise is 20 millions, closing time is January the 31st @ 16.00 GMT.
Highest bid wins, payment will be preferrably done via Chribba's Third Party Service http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=603132
If agreed by both parties and if price is under 1 billion I'm also available to deal with a 50% payment via Bookmarks contract, 50% when buyer is in system and my alt out.

I'm an established EVE player so I'm available for serious ingame convos or mails.

What's the procedure to get into the Wh if I am interested? You contract me a full set of BMs?
And how am I sure the caldari tower there won't be reactivated?
I'd also like to know if there's a particular reason why I should prefer a WH without any effect over one with effects, as I've seen Pulsar WHs having very much higher prices. Thanks!

If we use Chribba as guarantee I'll contract a full set of BMs and I'll remain available for scouting until you have your scout safely in, otherwise if we do it privately I'll contract a set of BMs to the C5, and I'l scout you into the C6 so you can transfer the remaining isk once safe while I can keep reasonable control of the situation.

You can't be 100% sure the caldari tower won't be reactivated, but I deem that highly unlikely to happen, since nobody has shown up in the last month, the hangars have been looted, and all the corp members I could trace have been inactive for quite a while or were podded out of the system a while ago.
Also, you can shoot down the tower in a relatively short time with few short-range high DPS BSs and pick the modules on it too (some 20 ECM batteries, neuts, tackle stuff, bit less than 20 minmatar medium and small guns).

About why a normal Wh over a Pulsar, well,first of all it's cheap (^_^) but aside from that, surely a Pulsar is good for PVE and gives some advantage in defensive PVP but it restricts your choices regarding ship doctrines, so if you want to go out to raid other systems (C5s here for example) or if you happen to fight someone on a wh, you will need different ships for that, with each ship not being optimal back in the C6, and that can be a rpoblem. I've been living in no-effect WH systems for over 2 years and found the flexibility allowed by those to be very worthwile in PVP situations.
All in all it boils down to personal likes and dislikes... but since the sites inside the systems are usually a relatively minor source of income, I'll prefer to be able to fly in my system and raid neighbours and engage enemies without ever having to change my the fleet completely every time.

As a side note, I think that anyone going into a C6 thinking that it's just a place where it's good to live if it has an effect, and it's bad if it hasn't, needs to know more about WH life... There's a lot more about it then that Blink

Well since nobody seems to be interested, it could be just a better idea to close the sale, drop a temporary base there, and mercilessly raid the (currently 23) sleeper sites.
It's literally billion of iskies wasted just because ppl think pulsar C6s are "the only ones" Roll
