Modules aren't showing up

I'm doing something wrong but can't figure out what it is. When I start EFT and go to the Fitting Panel I can't see any modules. It will show Cloaking Devices for instance but no devices are there and it won't let me search for anything. This is with new fittings or saved fittings.

Check at bottom left the Tabs: Tech I&II Faction Deadspace and Officers. If you have pressed " deadspace" for cloaking devices you will see nothing because therent some.

Tech I and II are checked.
