Getting this popup today tyring to launch the game. What's up with this and why is the publisher "unknown"? Not tech savvy, just a simple banker with a ton of red ink. Send me isk please and i'll double it for you.

Installing DirectX shouldn't require any ISK (it's a Microsoft program, not CCP). I would submit a bug report to CCP and see if they can investigate the issue.
Maybe you need to clear your cache and see if the problem gets fixed.

There is also a technical support forum section where your question may have been answered already.
