Citadel Unanchoring TImer?

Where do I find the timer for my unanchoring citadel? We know it's going to finish tomorrow, but not the exact time. We can't find the timer.

There is no timer. Look for your notification or eve mail and add 7 days.

In addition, if someone successfully attacks the citadel during the unanchoring it cancels the unachoring and you have to start over.
