There's an incursion in Chesiette at the moment.
All the belt rats in the system are thousands of kilometres away from the actual belt. Is this intended? I would have loved to shoot a few, but there's no way to warp to them.

If they are on grid you can warp to them by just selecting them and pressing "warp to", anything outside 150 km can be warped to at the full range of distances (I.E. If you have a BM at 150 km and warp to it at 100 you can make a 50km warp)

^You can't warp to hostile rats like that (or players not in your fleet).

Why do you want to shoot them? They don't have bounties/loot and more will spawn so it not like you can clear them all out for safe mining.

If you want to shoot Sansha solo try the outpost sites.

Oh, I didn't know that. What would be the bare minimum to run outpost sites solo? (ship/fitting)

If there is an incursion going on in system, DO NOT ATTACK THE SANSHA RATS!

You will get a very nasty and unpleasant surprise. They can take your ship out if you are not prepared.
