Does anyone know the typical response time for support tickets?

Have you injected the skill, GM Response time ingame?

Level 5 gets it down to weeks.

On a serious note, It all depends on what's wrong. I never wait more than a week for a response personally.

Insane.

GM response time varies on the type of ticket and the number of tickets in the que. Tickets that involve multiple teams, checking of TQ logs, or contact with third party companies will typically take longer than say a spam complaint. Ticket times can take between 48 hours and 2 weeks, with some tickets taking longer (Security, Ship reimbursement, etc)
