Perhaps something that should only be available to CEOs and Directors for mails sent to Corp and/or Alliance, but it would be great if a report existed to see everyone who opened/read each message.

Even if Concord charged a fee for a Delivery Confirmation option that functioned like a Read Receipt...

That would be annoying to me, personally. I only read mails (that I don't have to reply to) on my phone using EVE Droid. If that were the case, it'd need to be a two way API or else it would look like I never read anything.

Why?

If you fail to read a mail your CEO or director sends out, that is not their fault, nor should they be responsible for ensuring you read your mail.

There are many and varied old world methods of dealing with this.
But chief among them , Have you tried shouting at your subordinates?

I've heard shooting them when they don't do what you've told them to works as well.

Shouting rarely works because they simply mute you on comes, and it just does not seem to have the same affect when you use all caps in you email.

Shooting them tends to cause it's own sort of problems but it does work occasionally.

Best thing I have found is to work out a simple code system that allows you to hide free stuff in the emails. Never seems to take long for everyone to get into the habit of reading my emails when they find out others are getting free stuff that they are not simply because they are reading my emails.
