Corp without API?

Tried to join some some corps, both in high and null, but the main problem was the API. Everytime. I'm not getting into "why are you afraid of an API" or, viceversa "why don't you, the corp, trust me until proven wrong" thing. Just asking: are there corps where you just have fun? Meaning doing L3 or L4 missions together, some PVP, scanning, and so on. Cheers!

the players shape the world in eve. If they wouldnt behave like they do API checks wouldnt be necesary but as everyone knows spying and awoxing are serious issues within eve. Belive me when i say there is nothing more **** than doing API backgroundchecks but they are part of almost every recruitment process for a very good reason. You will understand after the first time u got awoxed.

In my real life I really believe in trust someone from the start until proven otherwise.
However, EVE is a harsh game. I was bitten because of this trust too many times. For example, in real world if you have a worker who stole from you, you can then call the police, go to the court with him and probably get your money back.
This is not how it works in EVE, and thus people tend to be more careful when accepting someone to a corporation.

I also have a corp, but I act a bit differently, I do not require API key once I accept members, but, in time and if someone wants to take a management role of some kind in the corp it is then when he needs to provide and API key

So it is sort of the best solution to both worlds.
