We are now offering specialized courier services for BPOs, BPCs and other high collateral, low volume cargo.

- 2 million isk per hs warp and 4 million isk per ls warp, each per 1 billion of collateral (eg, 10 billion collateral is 20 million per hs warp and 30 million per ls warp).
- 50 million flat rate to Thera per 1 billion collateral.
- 10 billion max collateral for now, including to Thera. Willing to increase if there is sufficient demand. (Below 5 billion collateral there are cheaper alternatives. We want to service the high end market where there is no service (Thera) or we can do it for less).
- NPC stations only in hi sec, lo sec and Thera.
- 200 m3 max volume
- 3 days to accept, 3 to complete
- Issue contracts to me, PM with questions or special requests

We are open to discussing what is missing or could be more efficient in the market and whether there is a mutually acceptable price at which we can provide those services.

I'm thinking there is a reason Black Frog, PushX and NE Express exist and we are interested in reliably and consistently offering services they don't or offering overlapping services for less.
