WTB character with Black Market Trading skill and terrible name

So I'm looking, ultimately, to have "Dethmourne Silvermane" be a character with the Black Market Trading skill. I'm willing to jump through a number of unusual hoops to have this happen. One hoop is I need a character who is eligible for character rename due to having an inappropriate name (or having been renamed already to X citizen whatever) who does have this skill.

If you have such a character, regardless of if they have any other skills at all (I don't care about and in fact generally will prefer that they don't have others) please post.

The skill has been removed from the game.

Though extremely rare, the skill is still in the game. It was available as a "creation only" skill to characters who chose specific race/bloodline/schooling paths during character creation in the very early days of EVE.

This guy, for example, has every skill in the game including Black Market Trading.

I hear you cut and ran in feigns Secret Santa this year without gifting anyone even a piece of coal yet here you are charged with billions wanting to buy a unique character..

Be careful when selling to this guy. if he screws over people during secret santa then i doubt he will look twice if the opportunity arises to screw you out of a character.

That's hilariously out of context but also not relevant to the character bazaar. As it happens, though, I both did attempt in good faith to participate in secret santa and have since contracted both the gift I received and the gift that I had intended for my santee to my santee, sadly too late for the roam. A lack of proper courier timing is not "cut and ran", thanks for playing.
