How do you simulate T3's?

I can't simulate any "New" T3's because I can't get the subsystems to show up anywhere, is this a bug or was that intentional, or is it possibly because I'm an idiot?!

If it's because I'm doing something wrong and I think it is, could someone point me in the right direction?

Open the ship tree, choose the T3 you want to simulate, right click and choose simulate ship. The simulator will open and all you will see are the subsystem and rig slots on the left. Choose the hardware tab, subsystems, etc... for the ship you're simulating. You will need to drag the subsystem to the correct slot. High, mid and low slots will show up as you fit the subsystems.

Tried all that but it never came up, a corp member told me to filter out everything but the hull restrictions once I did that they came up, thanks for trying guys :)
