I beg to differ. You use the "Report Bot" in the right-click menu on a character. If you do what ISD Max Trix is suggesting then you will be told to use "Report Bot". This is also valid for spambots in Jita. Edit - I see its not the right-click menu now, its the "Actions" menu at the top left corner of the "Character Information" sheet. Used to be right-click until the dueling nonsense appeared, guess that took up the space in the right-click menu....

As an aside I doubt the OP has found a bot - market bots are fairly easy to verify by placing some outlier orders & seeing how the player/bot reacts.
