Capsules Nerfed - Where did they go ?

Hello and Good Day to All,

I just noticed that my ship hanger is missing my collection of (30 or so) empty capsules.

When did they get removed from game?

Was there a dev blog or patch note that said they were being removed?

It was a glitch, you were never intended to be able to have them as inactive. Consider this CCP rectifying a mistake.
