Alpha Test Server

Is there any way for an alpha to get on the test server, from the description it sounds like it would fit new players a lot better than the normal servers. I tried to get on it by logging in and it banned me right when i tried.

You might not exist on the test server, If your a new character and not an old omega that lapsed subscription. The test server is a snap shot of TQ and the test server is often weeks and months behind TQ for character data.

i see... so i no longer exist on it... i am 9 months old, before f2p, played 7 days... so can any alpha get on a test server or is for omegas only?

I said IF. I am unsure, I am working on trying to use sisi now to test it.


Edit: I got the same Banned message. Might be that it is only for Omega accounts.

Only omega can login to test servers.
There was an annoucement on Test server forum near the last mass test.

Edit: ISD Just beat me. :)

Singularity is a sort of PVE utopia. Completely safe except for random players. Almost as safe as wormholes.

OP it sounds as if you think the test server, which you described as "better for alphas", as some other instance or arena of eve.
It is not.
It is a snapshot of Tranquility used for testing mechanics and new features before they go live.
Outside of small areas just for pvp, players aren't allowed to mess with each other.
Some pinheads use the test server as a pvp arena.
They are idiots.

Basically this, the only time I ever use this is to test weird fits and I once used it to experiment with deploying a citadel.

I guess another practical use is practicing the MWD + Cloak trick.
