Calling all Corporations and Players!

We are a young Alliance that is growing rapidly! We have a high activity rate of nearly 20% of the Alliance at any given time.

Location:
Our primary base of operations is located in Tenal space. We control SIX systems. We also have three dedicated Alliance Corporations that are currently based in Wormhole Space. We have diverse systems consisting of all available PI content in the game.

Timezone:
Night Council is a diverse group of players from time zones around the world! Approximately our player base ratio stands at 15% United Kingdom, 80% United States and 5% from Japan, Russia, China, Australia, Poland and Germany.

Alpha/Omega Status/Skill Points:
There is no minimum requirement for skill points or Omega status to join Night Council. We are happy to include all players from all walks of life and are happy to assist new players trying out Null Sec for the first time. Moreover, we are ecstatic to have veteran players come in to share with us their expertise and their EVE story.
Our players range from barely born pilots to 200m SP and beyond!

Leadership:
Night Council is really unique in that it is run through a set of pilots ordained in the "Council." All decisions affecting the direction or support of the Alliance is decided upon through the Council. Every timezone is represented in the Council as well as every main player base, both UK and US. Everyone has a voice. The council is always an odd number so a decision is always made.

Programs:
We have a comprehensive and robust set of programs in place for Night Council. These include all of the following:

1. Ship Replacement Program
-We provide a stipend to offset the cost of lost ships on Alliance-sanctioned roams or fleets. In some cases, the stipend will cover the entire cost of the ship and its fittings!

2. Ore Buyback Program
-We provide an incentive to keep our miners happy! We buyback all mined ores at 90% of the current rate of Jita Buy Value (JBV). This allows the miners to just keep doing what they do best, and not worry about transportation out of Null Sec.

3. Ice Buyback Program
-We love our Ice miners! Night Council will buyback all Ice at 90% of the current rate of JBV. This also helps us maintain many of our structures.

4. P.I Buyback Program
-Not into mining? That's okay! We have many individuals who do Planetary Interaction on a regular basis. Night Council will purchase all P.I Materials P2 and above at 90% of the current rate of JBV.

5. Loot Buyback Program
-If you are overstocked loot or modules from all of the content around our area, never fear we will purchase all of the ship modules in a single bulk purchase at 80% of the current rate of JBV.


PVP
Enjoy blowing people up? We have a number of dedicated FC's that are more than willing to go out on roams and give you your shot at greatness! Additionally, we frequently go on small gang roams and blops fleets with our neighboring Alliances.

Want to learn to FC?
We are standing up training programs between us and our neighbor Alliances to put together a comprehensive training package to learn to FC with some of the best pilots in the game.

PVE
Some of the best loot in the game is acquired through our PVE sites. From running Havens for Dread Gurista Loot, to turning over Relic and Data Sites, there is certainly something for everyone here! A typical pilot can easily turn a profit of $100m/hr or more just on the bounty alone!

Mining:
We have a thriving mining culture in Night Council. We have a dedicated Ice belt in our home system along with frequently having small, medium, large and more, Ore Anomalies, and are constantly keeping the fires lit in our Industry. You can mine the rarest and most valuable ores right at home!

Industry/Manufacturing:
With our Industry burning brighter than ever, we have a deep and vast collection of BPO's and BPC's. There is virtually nothing within reason that we cannot make for ourselves! If you love building and crafting, this is the right place for you!

What NTCL Requires:

-You and/or your Corporation must be comprised of individuals exceeding the age of majority (18).
-All members of all Corporations must be willing to submit their API Key on our SEAT Server Database.
-All members must have the ability to use Teamspeak3 (TS3) and have a microphone in good working order.
-We do accept Corporations that have a physical disablement that prevents the use of TS3. (i.e Deafness/Hard of Hearing).
We have special programs in place to make it an inclusive and well rounded environment for those individuals.

2. If you are a player, be prepared to submit your API Key. We will inform you when it is okay to apply, and will accept your application immediately upon verification of your API Key.

3. If you are a CEO and want to move your Corporation into our Alliance, please contact us first so we can coordinate movement and assist you with moving. We have many JF pilots on standby ready to move at any time.
