Unable to Logon to Characters

First Problem
-Certificate errors on launcher startup.
-Flushed dns which fixed certificate error. Yay!

Second Problem
-Client Loads to character selection, where nothing happens when I click on a character to launch into game
-Also the character portrait is blank for second characters on accounts
-Under the character portrait it does show, it is blank where skill training, ship, isk should be
-Nothing happens when trying to click a character

Hi had the same problem myself couple weeks ago, clear the eve cache in the esc menu settings, close launcher. try again.

Had to do it a few times myself but works.

Yous can also use "Verify" option in launcher cache settings. I solved the characters problem you have by using it.

Same here. Certificate issue resolved on its own...

Now all clients/accounts load only ONE character portrait, info is not-shown and clicking on character results in door-lock sound. clicking toon does not load game.

updater.exe did nothing.
