Support Ticket Delays

Is anyone else experiencing very high wait time for CCP to respond to support tickets? Can we get something at least from CCP regarding this issue? Thanks in advance

I'm one player and right now I have four tickets open to get names back for old characters that got them purged and three tickets open for characters that I need reactivated from dead email addresses.

Now multiply that by fifty thousand other players doing the same thing and just be thankful if they get to your ticket in less than three weeks. This Alpha thing is going to take a while to settle down with long wait times. Just be patient.

Unless you are hung up on an asteroid or something, you are at the back of a really long line.

CCP, famously, has some of the fastest and most flexible customer support of any MMO.

Just be patient and in future consider articulating your ticket very specifically so its as easy as possible to deal with.

As poster above pointed out, volume is high atm.
You will get due your turn, unless its something ridiculous.

Ah. I didn't know all that was going on. This is my first time submitting a ticket so I didnt know what to expect. Thank you.

Yeah it was a simple to the point kind of ticket. But yes I'll be patient. I now know the circumstances of why its taking a while. Thank you.

From the o7 show CCP stated that they are receiving about a months worth of tickets in a few days time. Please be patient.
