Festival gift claimed but nowhere to be found

So I logged in today and found that I have a gift for the festival. I claimed it immediately through the character select screen. Then I logged in to my character (who was in space at the time, I was told you can't claim in space but it claimed for some reason). I have no idea where the gift is, It's not in my assets anywhere. Any help?

Although my character is years old I'm actually a noob in disguise

if it's nowhere in your Assets, i guess it's time for a ticket

have you tried logging in again? maybe you didn't redeem it?

Yes I relogged and nothing changed. I checked the neocom redeem items menu but it's empty as well. Could it have been jettisoned in space where i claimed it?
