After the NPE I went to the industrial Career agent. In a Venture. When I accepted the mission (collecting 100m3 of Veldspare) I got the message that I had only 50m3 of free space in cargo. My ore hold was empty. The agent does look at the general cargo space but not if you have special cargo holds like the ore hold on the venture. By the way, I was fined 1 Isk when I accepted the mission.
