SlaveMaxter has not followed-up either in game or here; Maliay Buta and Nickyo (or anyone else) - the first to arrange ISK transfer of 13bn and send me an account name to transfer to can have the character.

Obviously if more than one person sends ISK then the second will have it refunded in full.
