Dropping frames

I can't play the game without dropping frames even on low settings.

System Specs:

I7 6700
GTX 1060
16gb ram


Please help! tired of seeing a slide show!

Will sound silly but have you made sure that the game is running on your GTX 1060 and not your onboard graphics? Also more information is helpful to problem solvers such as the version of Windows you are running and the version of your graphics driver etc.

Video drivers ver. 376.19 - Release Date 12/04/2016

I also made sure that it is running with the GTX card.

What i find strange is all other games work just fine its just eve. I thought it might have been the dreaded power settings and what not but all those checked out just fine. Ive tried messing with my system settings and still no real change.

Does anyone know if eve has an actual performance tracker built into the UI like most games do now a days?
