Title kind of says it all. I own the medium citadel in it. There used to be another corp in there but they have been evicted.
Its a great place to get into wormholes for smaller groups or even solo. You can farm the C2 sites easy with tech I ships. And you can roll the C4 static to farm the more expensive site.
The high connect makes logistics easy.

I expect the price to include the cost of purchasing the citadel.
