Yeah, it's old news but I gotta vent:

Must of been a Tony Montana sized mound of cocaine they pulled the lady out of that somehow became the new "Voice Of Eve". I can hear her, and usually the only way I know what she's saying is 'cause I know what she is supposed to be saying. Those of you who eschew mining should go burn a few rocks just to hear her say "Asteroid Depleted".

Now, after saying all that, I gotta give CCP credit for all the little changes in graphics, messages that tell you things like bounty payments and the GUI just seems "prettier" somehow.

But that alleged "voice"; kind of like Nora Batty's wrinkled stockings.

While I like many others prefer the more authentic "AI" sounding voice of the previous aura, disparaging/insulting comments about the woman doing the new voice overs are inappropriate. If there's a reason you don't like new voice then at least make a modicum of effort to articulate the basis for your opinion. In case you forgot, which you certainly seem to have, an actual human being is responsible for those voice overs and regardless if you think her voice is a good aesthetic choice for EvE, she's doing her job and she didn't do a bad job of it at all.

Oh and ib4l for failing to be constructive/ranting.

of = preposition used to indicate distance or direction from, separation, deprivation, etc.
have = auxiliary verb used with a past participle to form perfect tenses.

Can it really be that hard to use them correctly?

That voice is actually the wife of CCP Wiggum. She got abit tipsy during the latest CCP hodown and began ranting out assorted statements while waving her unmentionals around in the air.

That impressed the CCP crew so much that she became the new voice.

Whilst I did prefer the older voice, the new voice speaks the following sentences at least a second faster than before

"Docking permission requested...Docking request accepted."

...and that second represents a major quality of life improvement (stress reduction) under certain circumstances.
