level 4 mission standing

good shield tank
good capacitor
good navigation

great missile support skills
heavy and heavy assault missile level 5 with specialization 3 or greater
cruise missile and torpedo missile level 5 preferred

adequate drone skills

caldari cruiser 5
caldari battlecrusier 5
caldari battleship 5
caldari subsystems 5

I should have enough isk to attain the character described
