So far i've been hunting those new mining npc corps. and then i've done about 60+ haulers t1/t2 both. All this in high sec but so far all it drops ever are skinns. No bpc or faction drops. Anyone know if its because those drops of bpc or faction only drop in low/null sec? Or is it just damn broken?

High sec always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to loot drops.

More than likely the loot drops in Low sec are better and Null sec probably has the best.

I thought the skins were the only drops from these?

What bpc's / faction gear are you expecting?

For instance:

Drone excavator BPC
Named mining upgrade module

is what i've been seeing when DaOpa opened strongboxes on youtube

Oh OK. Then I expect it is as DMC says, high sec gets the loot shaft and the good stuff drops only in low and null.

Yeah, that's how it's always been and I've been playing this game for over 8 years. CCP has always tried to get players to leave high sec so they nerf the loot drops in the hope that players will go to low and null sec.

Problem with null sec is it's owned by Alliances and low sec has roaming bands of PvP fleets. Solo players who only want to do PvE have a hard time trying to engage in game content that offers the better loot drops.
