Doesn't matter what racial cruiser(would prefer tengu) just needs to have cyno 5 and be able to cloak and combat probe, Not looking for some super perfect sp toon

Tengu char, Cyno 5. but it is missing scanning skills, but in general it is a good char.

9bil because it doesn't have the scanning skills. also i could buy injectors and get this char for cheaper if i left out the missile skills as they are not needed.

I can inject a basic toon with 10 skill injectors

Im looking for one rather cheap as im not rather isk rich atm, the max i would go would be 10bil but it would need to be a very good toon
