How to disable the tutorial/NPE whatever...?

A Google/Forum search produces nothing. I have been playing for years, and would like to disable Aura pop-ups every time I enter a station. Is there really no way to do this for veteran players starting new accounts?

Please advise.

There are 3 small circles forming a triangle to the left of the words Operations Info Panel on the left side of your screen. Click the circles and choose "Skip Tutorial, yes, yes I'm sure sure."
