I would be grateful for any help and advice I can receive, thank you in advance. The corp is Spanish, if someone wants to join you let me know in-game

I went to the chamber of commerce and created a company.
I don't sell any services or products
I don't have any customers
I've no clue what to do with my company

Who can help me out?

This is a bit how it sounds :)

I suggest to

have a look at other corporations and check what they do

try to find out what you like in Eve

define some nice goals

find out if having a company will help you to achieve these goals

create a short and long term plan om how to get there

create roles and responsibilities and recruit for those roles

manage the company as a real manager would do! (with balls and charisma)
